Raising children today is a grand challenge. The founders of this site have a great appreciation for those things that contribute positively to the development of a child. That is why TootToot.com exists. In our pursuit of excellence on the web, we have endeavored to identify sites of high quality. Those that provide a safe haven for children, enhanced by strong educational or entertainment value, can qualify for the TootToot.com Quality Award. They must be devoid of profanity, sexually inappropriate material, violence or any other disturbing themes. You may see this logo at various sites, and it means that we have visited and are impressed with the level of purity, safety, and value the site offers children and families of all ages. The logo is not a guarantee that you will not find inappropriate materials on the site, as we have no control of that. However, at the time we visited, we were impressed with quality. We list the recipients of the TootToot Quality Award on the "Winning Sites" page. To nominate sites for an award, please email us award@toottoot.com.
