Apple Dapple Cake
INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
1 cup Crisco oil
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups finely chopped apples
1 Cup pecans, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Combine eggs, oil, sugar, mix well.
Combine flour, salt, soda and sift
gradually into mixture.
Add vanilla, apples, and pecans.
Put in tube or Bundt pan greased well
with Crisco. Bake at 350 degrees for
1 hour or until done.
Done when toothpick inserted into
cake comes out clean.
*Use crisp apples such as
Granny Smith or Braeburn
