Beef Stew
INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 lbs beef stew meat
1 pack dry onion soup mix
1-1/2 teaspoons beef bouillon
granules (or cube)
3–4 potatoes, cubed
4–5 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 can whole tomatoes, with juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons cornstarch, mixed
with 1/4 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients except cornstarch
and water mixture in slow cooker on low
heat for 8-10 hours.
Add 2 the cornstarch mixed with water.
Turn heat to high and stir until thickened.
