Hoisin Chicken


 
INGREDIENTS: 
3 pounds chicken thighs and legs,
  or pieces
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup plum sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 medium piece fresh ginger root,
  thinly sliced
Juice of 1 lime
3 tablespoons cornstarch
 
 
DIRECTIONS:
Remove the skin from the chicken.
Using a paper towel helps to remove
the skin easily. 

Mix all the ingredients (except chicken)
in a bowl. Add chicken, coat well and place
in crockpot. Cook 5-6 hours on low.

Serve with rice.
