Grandma's Salmon Patties
INGREDIENTS:
1 large can salmon
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1 Tbs finely chopped onion
DIRECTIONS:
Remove the bones and skin from the salmon.
Mix all ingredients together and form into
4 patties. Fry over medium high heat in
1/4 to 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
Brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
*Use red or pink salmon
*Recipe doubles easily
