Green Bean Bake
INGREDIENTS:
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
Pepper to taste
2 packages (9 oz. each) frozen
green beans, cooked and drained
1 can (3 1/2 oz.) French fried onions
DIRECTIONS:
In 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir soup, milk,
soy, and pepper until smooth; mix in green
beans and 1/2 can onions. Bake at 350
degrees for 25 minutes; stir. Top with
remaining onions. Bake 5 minutes more.
Makes about 4 cups.
*Can be made with canned or fresh beans.
